The Central Republican Hospital is one of the major hospitals in Georgia located in downtown Tbilisi close to the city center. With a formidable history of being among the best and most demanded hospitals of the country, it is a multi-profile medical care provider. It includes an operation department, intensive care unit and a newly established, modern emergency care center with 80 critical-care high-tech beds.
The successful investor will be expected to maintain the high standards of one of Georgia’s most respected hospitals, and further develop this high-tech, multi-profile 350-bed facility. It is expected that after transformation and privatization the Central Republican Hospital will be a leading multi-profile hospital. Consequently the goal is serving primary medical care and trauma care for Tbilisi patients. The center will improve the access to tertiary care for the region.
